Jake took the time to here how frustrated I was dealing with another company. I started to refinance on September 2 2016 I was lead down a long road to nowhwear the day before thanksgiving. Jake took over on November 30 and I closed on December 19 2016 always has the right answers. If you need to refinance call perennial funding and ask for Jake. You won't be sorry

Ryan did a fantastic job throughout the whole process from explaining our loan options through to what to expect at closing. He checked in frequently to let us know how things were going with the loan and to explain any changes. He always responded to my questions quickly and helped keep us at ease during our first home purchase.

Everything, from what was requested of us, to what was happening in the approval process was explained without delay. No matter what the question, Danny had an answer either when he answered his phone or within a very short time either by return call or an email. Paperwork was easily sent and received by us and we were approved for a VA Mortgage Loan quickly. From time of our Application, to Approval, to Settlement was about 5 weeks. We have recommended Perennial Funding and Dan McDade to family and friends.

Daniel McDade treated every aspect of the loan refinance in a very timely and professional manner. He always answered our emails promptly and very professionally. In my 40 years of professional experience, I can palace Mr. McDade in the top 5% and he should be seen as a most valuable company asset.

Ryan was the best. Honesty, Integrity and passion for what he does is what I saw in my daily communication with him. And Tolerance as I am a Cowboys fan and he had to listen to me gloat every time we talked! What was great was the constant communication throughout the entire process. I must say it was the easiest one I ever had, as I have been through this a few times with home purchases and refinance. Ryan was very detailed in explain the process to me. Mr. Christiansen's demeanor was very amicable and amiable. He was very patient and courteous, walking us through the entire process giving explanation and clarity where it was needed. The process became very tedious at times but Mr. Christiansen was always there to give encouragement. He was very professional and knowledgeable in the way he led us through the whole process and it was a pleasure working with him.
