I had a wonderful experience working with Danny on my home refinancing. Danny is highly professional, knowledgeable, and provided all around great customer service. He's also very personable and listened to my needs and always provided prompt and honest feedback on what my best options were. I feel confident I got the best deal I could with my Refi. Daniel did a magnificent job in accomplishing my IRRL in record time. He coordinated with another company on short notice when the original company cancelled. He jumped through many hoops t ensure my loan closed as scheduled. Great job and customer service. Thank you Danny!

Here's what I said (verbatim) to John on the day of my closing:He was the only broker aware of other possible good deals out there for me. He found me a 5/1 ARM with nearly a 1% rate lower than what I had for a 30 yr fixed and this was for an investment property. No other broker came close. The best I could find was a match to what I already had. John explained to me that even though the loan goes up substantially with the refi fees, the increase will be offset by my escrow account refund and applying two months of payments ... read more

Whenever we needed to ask a question Danny McDade was either a phone call or a text away. He answered all of our questions and concerns very quickly and efficiently. We would use Danny again. This was our fairest refinance ..... Thanks Danny!
