Ryan was amazingly incredible. He was very patient with us and did not rush us to do anything. He is very knowledgeable. In fact, he was willing to break down in layman's terms every piece of document that we did not understand. More importantly, we were not just a loan number in a binder. He treated us like “real people” and keeps in touch with us. He calls every now and then to check in with us too. Lastly, we admire his honesty. We’ll work with Ryan again anytime and any day.

I ended up starting the Refinance process with 4 loan processors but 2 remained.I realized that I did not receive the best deal up-front after Perennial Funding got involved with my refinance process 3 weeks later, but they ended up matching the Perennial Funding offer only when verified.Perennial Funding gave me the best deal the first time and delivered everything promised in time as promised.Refinance process with Perennial Funding was much simpler, quicker, and less paper works compared to other processor. Mr. Alboucq made a normally confusing process simple and easy for a person not used to doing this kind of transaction. When I first spoke to John He asked me what I was looking to do. He gave me what I wanted and more. Did many REFI over past 25 yrs this was the fastest. Never had to wait for call back he was there in minutes.

Working with Jake was a wonderful experience. I truly thought that this was going to be a long and tedious process but as soon as we got started, Jake took the lead and it was over quicker than I thought. This was a bit unfortunate, as I looked forward to speaking with him on a regular basis. Doing the refinance has had a major positive impact on my life and I am very thankful to Perennial Funding and Jake for all that they have done.

Perennial Funding and Jacob Tunitis were great to work with, he responded to my need quickly he got a job done that everyone said could not be done. Jake was great to deal with as soon as I got him the papers I needed to give him He was able to get the loan through underwriting in 14 days. This was my second refinance with John. Just like the first - there were no issues with processing and closing. I was told me up front what needed to be done and how long it would take - no surprises. John was very accessible by phone and email. All of my questions were answered in timely manner. Thanks.
