I had been re-financed at least 7 or 8 times, but Collin was the first loan office kept me in touch almost every day. His professionalism real brings his character out of him. He is so cordial and courteous and most of all, he cares of his client. If any one of my friend is looking for re-finance, of course, I will introduce Collin to them. Dan was on top of everything throughout the entire loan process,His work ethics where at time above and beyond any normal broker.He constantly communicated with me daily even through late hours of the evening,including Saturdays & Sundays.His Knowledge of the Loan Process was very impressive to me,which made me feel comfortable in dealing with Perennial Funding.I would highly recommend Dan in the future to any potential person who would be in the market of obtaining a refinance loan.

Daniel was a huge help to us. Everyone else has said that they couldn't help us to get a lower interest rate. Not only did we get a great interest rate we were able to lower our payment and our taxes and insurance are included in the payment. I would recommend perennial funding . I was really apprehensive in the beginning but Daniel was very knowledgable and asked me just to give him a chance. I am so thankful I did.
