Honestly John McDonald is the right agent to deal with he is so on top of everything nice passion and helpful.since I'm too busy working I thought refinancing my house would be a hassle but John made it so easy he even was making phone calls to my accounting for me and other companies to get the paper work done he walked me through the process with no problems. No doubt I'm going back to deal with him if I ever need a loan or refinance ??

John was a blessing to us with our refinance we had many hurdles to go through because of credit scores etc he worked very hard to get us approved and helped us get where we needed to be to get our refinance done and after working hard for 3 months we finally closed on our loan yesterday and without John it would of never happened.

We have trying to get our house refinanced for more than than 2 years. We were using the VA IRRRL program to refinance our home problem was we had a 2nd mortgage and the 2nd mortgage company would not subordinate. Jacob got them to subordinate and we closed in in less than 60 days . I couldn't be more impressed.

Jake did everything he could, and was relentless in getting me where I needed to be. Jake was there every step of the way. He was also very knowledgeable. Kept in contact all the time either via email or phone calls.
