Very professional. last year we tried to refinance however, the bank wanted additional information. John was persistent. he reached out to me again and he got the job done. I enjoyed working with him. He answered all of my questions. We closed in the time frame he stated.

Oh my goodness, I don't know where to begin! Jake & I have been conversing on a monthly basis for over a year. I contacted in him a year ago for help to re-fi my home, and at that time it wasn't possible due to some issues pertaining to the community style I live in. Long story short, Jake told me he was going to call me every month to follow thru on the development and not to worry because he was going to get me where I needed to be. We recently refinanced our home threw Perennial Funding. Sean was the one we talked to, it took longer than we thought as we had many bridges to cross, he was very helpful. Returned our calls promptly , was very patient with us and was with us totally to the end. He also gave us his cell phone number if we had any questions when he was out of the office.
