As with human emergency rooms a bit of a wait but once it was her turn she was examined and diagnosed fairly quickly. Vet took her time to talk and answer all my questions. So I understood the wait - she didn’t rush and was very caring towards my baby.
I brought my cat here due to issues with his hydration. He had been throwing up blood. Other than the 1.5hr wait to be seen (I was the first person there at 6pm), I was impressed with the care my cat received. Emergencies get seen first, which I understand my animal’s condition was not very emergent at the time, being that he wasn’t actively vomiting. The veterinarian was extremely thorough and went over all exams and medications needed in detail. I could tell that she and the vet tech really had compassion for my animal. Al... read more
We had to euthanize our old kitty yesterday. I have never had such a compassionate experience when letting go of a beloved pet. They took care to make it as easy and stress-free for us and our kitty. They were amazing!
We have had nothing but great experiences with this clinic! They love our big boy, Colt! You will wait, but only so they can prioritize emergencies & it is well worth the wait!
Fortunately we haven't had to come here many times over the years, but the few times we have they were great. Even when I was younger, we always had great experiences here (I think it was a different location up the street if I remember correctly). After my experience with them 7 years ago with my very sick older cat, I didn't hesitate to bring my baby here last night. Dr. Parker is amazing, compassionate, knowledgeable, and understanding. All the staff members are pleasant, concerned, and genuine. I feel like the wa... read more
Thoughtful and calm care when I brought my old dog in who was suffering and struggling to breathe. Dr. Turner discussed treatment options, the order we should try things, escalating only as needed, and the amount of time it would take to get results (and what she would need to see on preliminary tests to feel comfortable letting him come home overnight while waiting on final lab reports and radiography). Outstanding to work with, I felt like my dog was in the hands of an expert who, if I was not there, would’ve made the best... read more
they were so sweet to us when i brought my Kain (Alf 🤪) in. they called me all during the night for updates which i appreciated so much! they answered all my questions & never seemed bothered. i am so grateful for this place. they saved my dog & i will forever be grateful. 🤍 ps: Kain is almost back to his normal self if any of the staff or Vets read this! thank you again!!!
NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE PLEASE, READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES 😢 BE AWARE!!😱 I called at 0545 today 11/29/23 The person on the phone told me they will close after discharging pet patient, and my Dog can't be seen. This place showed me lack of Healthcare compassion, lack of professionalism. She didn't care if my pet could die by aspiration her own vomiting 😭 WHY?, it's supposed to close at 0800 am Accordingly to advertising, and recommend by Petsmart Banfield. Lily started vomiting Thick yell... read more
I brought my dog here in an emergent situation. My dog had been whining and crying for about two hours. When I discovered his tail was the issue and where he was having pain. So I took him to Pet emergence’s clinic. I waited in the lobby for an hour then I was asked to leave the lobby at 12 pm and they asked me to go wait in my car. 2 hours later my dog was still not seen and they didn’t seem to care that he was in pain. I called several times while I was waiting persistently telling them how urgent he needed to be seen for ... read more
