I've been taking my 2 Golden-doodles to Pet Paradise Ft Lauderdale location over a year now- I always ask for more affordable packages that I have to purchase for both Dogs. I only bring them 3 days weekly when I work from home They don't have or offer any options aside from what their "Corporate" allows and the Staff basically recites the "Corporate" packages back to you. I was very disappointed with the result of leaving my dog in this pet resort. I paid for them to send me pictures of my dog every other day and they only sent it when I called them that I never got the pictures. My dog has to get an x-ray of her spine that connects to her tail because she could not move it since I got her from the hotel. Also, my dog went into heat when she was boarding was not informed. Sent my dog here for a week. He came home with kennel cough and a injured trachea. I wouldn't recommend this place! When we called to ask how long the dog has had this cough, they said there were no medical records listed! They do not watch over your dog! He hasn't stopped coughing or sneezing all week now. The vet bill came to 100$ and they refused to help pay that too.

First let me begin. When I first called in i was receiving different quotes because they have multiple locations that do things differently but one representative Shay was very understanding and helpful so I felt comfortable leaving my dog. When coming form my trip, I had a 5hr flight delay. I made sure I called a few hours before 7pm to let them know that my dog would be boarding an extra night. Don't rely on the rates that you are quoted over the phone as you make a reservation through a third party reservation system... not the actual location. In order to get an accurate picture of the prices you must go online. However, the main page where boarding information is listed the prices are not listed there. So if you make a reservation via phone or by their online link you will not have access to their specific prices. My 2 cats have been there for 5 days. When I was there to know the place I asked for the large condo, and I said to never split them cause they use to be always together. I've left 6 bags of dry food, one for each day, and 6 cans of wet food. During my trip I've sent emails almost every single day and although they were very kind answering my questions they just told the cats were not eating much of the dry food the day before I get back. I have boarded my dog at two locations and thought this location would be great, too. I am very disappointed in this location. 1. They force you to purchase a bath for your dog upon checking out. 2. I didn't realize until I already drove away that they didn't forget to charge me for the bath, but they did forget to bathe my dog. 3. I don't think they gave my dog any water while she was there.
