I have taken my puppy here several times. The staff are very friendly and professional. They remembered my puppy after our first visit! The staff are definitely attentive as they called me one day as soon as they noticed that my puppy had an upset stomach just to make sure I was aware. I gave four stars because I really wish they have a live web feed as many in the area do now. Great service and very sweet to our dog Bella and our rabbit Mr Bean. They are happy and clean when we pick them up. Worth the peace of mind.
I love Pet Paradise! I can always trust them to take excellent care of my cat. I have tried a number of different boarding facilities including another one in Broward County and nothing compares! They really go above and beyond to take care of my cat and the staff are always kind and courteous!
I initially took at tour of this facility and was impressed with their kennel and staff. I have boarded my dog at the Davie location for over 8 years and feel that he is in great hands! Now that I have two dogs...both stay at Pet Paradise and I leave on my vacations worry free. I find the facility to be clean and the staff friendly, caring and very professional. I highly recommend Pet Paradise!!
I initially chose those place for my dogs to attend day care a few times a week because they are open at 7am. I was a little turned off by the fact that they do not allow tours of the site, instead only allowing you to view the areas from cameras and windows :( since it was the most convenient place, I took my two dogs there. The dogs seem to enjoy it there and the customer service is excellent! I like that they cycle the dogs through various areas throughout the day :)
I have been boarding my two dogs at Pet Paradise for over two years. My dogs absolutely love it there, and they get so excited when they arrive. The staff is very friendly, and you can tell they really care about the dogs there. Pet Paradise is an amazing facility that I would highly recommend!
Good customer service. Looks great from the front desk & the live cameras but they don't allow a full tour of the facility :( Cycling the dogs through a couple different play areas is the best part.
Well organized, receptive staff, clean facility. My two latge labs came home a little chubby!!! :-)
