I have used Pet Paradise to board Irving & Sadie (Bichon & Schitzu) previously and any apprehension I had about boarding my loved pets for a few days was relieved by the wonderful care they received. I'm getting ready to travel out of town for the holiday and know that when I drop them off this morning that i have no worries about how my special family members will be taken care of.
I have 3 large dogs that are my family, and live a very catered life in our home. Since finding Pet Paradise, my husband and I are finally comfortable leaving them in someone else's care, so that we can get away. I really appreciate the Sunday hours too!
I have been bringing my dogs to Pet Paradise for years mostly due to their ability to accommodate to our pet's needs. Thanks for keeping our dogs happy and safe while we are away.
Pet Paradise is our #1 choice for boarding. The staff is friendly and helpful and our pups are always well taken care of when they stay. I also appreciate that we can pick up on Sundays.
Holly checked in today for a short vacation. Staff very friendly and attentive to our needs. Definitely our favorite, you can tell each staff member enjoys what they do.
Bella & Rosie are in Day Care everyday, and also spend about 30-35 days a year boarding. They wouldn't be there if the staff and facility were not top notch! A caring, personable staff that is simply the best. I've watched them with other's pets as well, and it is the same caring attitude!!
Pet Paradise is a "home away" from home for my 2 dogs, Buddy & Bear. They absolutely can't get out of the car fast enough so they can spend the day "playing" with all of their friends at doggie daycare. The staff is very friendly, compassionate and professional. They greet my dogs by name and I feel confident that Buddy and Bear are receiving excellent care and attention. I have recommended Pet Paradise to several friends in the past and will continue to do so. Pet Paradise is simply the best!
Great kitty condos for my little feline princess! If God is willing to send me an angel in the form of a cat, well, the least I can do is make sure she gets the best care and TLC she can. She got to stay with the folks at Tail End while we were relocating from CA to FL and as far as I can tell, they did a fine job of caring for her. We had a few good experiences at Pet Paradise (Orange St., Davie), but our last visit on May 20, 2024 was unacceptable. Their policy requires pets staying more than one day to receive a bath. Despite giving over five hours' notice (when only three were required), staff initially refused due to "short staffing." After insisting firmly--but never disrespectfully--our dog was eventually bathed.
