We had our free day of day care. First I'd like say that everyone was so nice and helpful. The place is clean and the kennels clean. Now for my take on it. First off it 40 bucks a day. There is early drop-off but your dog will sit in a kennel the entire time with barking dogs u til 9 when it opens and even then ur dog will wait in the kennel wondering wth is happening to them. Decent place to board a pet. Not nearly as nice as some of the other locations. The $50 forced dog bath at the end is downright robbery. I can have a groomer come to me for less than that.

My dog Rocky visited this place in July for a week and I was pleased, I saw that attention, and care was perfect. This month (August) I left Rocky again for a week, It's true that they informed me that they saw blood on the floor and another time they told me that Rocky had vomited. I call them twice and the second time the lady told me that if I want she gave him chicken and rice, I reacted immediately because I wrote in the information, that we have to provide them, that Rocky has a severe allergy to food (proteins) and r... read more

Do not recommend. Won't ever take my pets here again. My dog is sick after leaving your facility. She has conjunctivitis and an upper respiratory infection. She hasn't been the same since we picked her up. That could offer the ability to check in on your pet throughout the day. Some type of feedback besides paying and leaving would have been nice. Treats were not returned. And my dog hasn't been the same.

I picked up my dig from here on Monday. Ever since he has had a terrible upper respiratory infection and now conjunctivitis in his eye. Be aware!

Worse place ever they were so rude and nasty that I took my dog and went to another dog boarding I use before ,but it was not close to my current location Don't do it not worthy The place was dirty and there was person super mad because her dog got sick there

They call themselves "Pet Paradise", but for us it was more like HELL! If you're looking for a safe place to board your beloved pet while you're away, well look further as this is NOT the place. Our baby went from there straight to a hospital where he underwent a very painful and costly surgery ($2,200.00). Despite my daily calls to check on him while we were gone for 3 days, all I got was he's doing fine when clearly he was not. I had enrolled my puppy in daycare and she went a couple of times. I tried calling to make add'l appointments and no one ever answered the phone and I was placed on excessive holds with an option to receive a call back. I finally left call back number but still no call. I registered on line to try and make my reservations and was told two of the dates were already sold out so I assumed the delay was the reason I could not book my dates and asked to have a manager call me and gave my phone number. I called to inquire about a stay for my dog and I informed them that she takes medications for her heart. The man was extremely disrespectful and ended up hanging up on me when I asked for his name. He did not know the answer to the question and indicated he was the manager on duty so I asked who would know the answer to that question. It is discrimination if they are not willing to work with my dog who has a heart murmur and needs necessary medication.
