will ABSOLUTELY never be stepping foot back into this building. i have been bringing my golden doodle here since july and this past visit has made me furious. i got called midst groom informing me that my dog had what they thought was possibly a "cyst" or "abscess" rupture while the groomer was brushing out her mats. to be clear... i pet, rub, cuddle my dog everyday, all the time and have not once recently, OR EVER, felt this supposedly "quarter size abscess" on her chest. long story short, i took her to the vet right away j... read more

Let me preface this by saying I don't like to complain. But, I'm picky when it comes to my animal's well-being and instead of being silent I'm going to warn anyone thinking about boarding their animal at this location. I gave this location ample chances to make this situation right, and they refuse to even return my phone calls. So I'll post an honest review. Puppy came back with scratches and scrapes all over. Was scared to eat and staff was unapologetic. Won't be using again.

Kept our two border collies there while visiting family last year. Staff was nice, professional and seemed to listen. I thought the place and staff seemed wonderful (even bought a t-shirt). I decided to write this now because I am still upset about their visit. We gave verbal and written instructions regarding feeding, play time and general care/habits. We dropped our 15lb dog off before 9am for a grooming appointment. They call us at 1pm and say they can't groom him because he is too aggressive and trying to bite them. Our dog is the BIGGEST baby there is, he is an absolute lap dog, he loves people, other dogs, and attention from anyplace he can get it. People always fall in love with him and offer to buy him from us because of his lovable nature. He is groomed monthly (our regular groomer retired) and always has been. We made reservations online to take our two bichon-mix lap dogs here for the weekend because of a wedding we were attending in St Augustine (we live in Orlando). Their website listed check-in times as late as 9pm. We chose 8pm as our check in time. We received a few emails from the staff confirming our reservation and that they had received the proper vaccination papers. Everything seemed set, or so it seemed. Do not go here. They cut only my dogs hair on his back, and then gave me conflicting stories why the rest of his body wasn't groomed. One employee claimed that my dog would not allow the groomer to groom him, and another employee claimed the groomer had to leave on an emergency. So my poor dog spent 6 hours there to get his back shaved and looks awful now. Then they have the audicty to charge me $25 for the disaster!
