Pet Paradise is amazing. We just moved to Ponte Vedra Beach and really like the facility. The staff is great and treats our dog very well. She's gone to daycare a few times and is always exhausted when she comes home. We've also utilized their overnight services and feel the prices are fair for the treatment of our dog. We really like this place and would recommend it to others.

I give this place 5 stars! From the start, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. This was the first time leaving my puppy somewhere else other than home so I was nervous. They truly made me feel at ease about the process and stay. When I came the next day to pick up my puppy, I don't think he wanted to leave! I would 100% board him there again. Thank you!

Great place to take you dog! The staff is beyond excellent, and are alway eager to help out and make sure you're happy! They are very attentive to my dog, and treat her like family. My girl always enjoys going there and is super clean when she comes home. Highly recommend taking your fur baby there!

First time we ever boarded our girl while on vacation. We wanted to give ourselves a little break while here on the beach. Mhady loved Pet Paridise! They were friendly and caring and paid great attention to her. They even emailed us with a progress report of how she was doing. I've never gotten this sort of care for my girl back home at a kennel. We have used pet paradise for the past three years. I was so upset to have to board my babies but after a visit to PP I was better. We have had Hummer at play school for three years. He loves to go and always comes home happy and tired We now have all 4 pups groomed at PP. Cindy is our groomer and she loves dogs and has always taken extra good care whole grooming. I have a very anxious dog that hates to be away from home and me. Since we moved down to FL we have had to travel a lot and have been using Pet Paradise. I feel very confident that she is well taken of. Whenever I call to check up on her, the staff know exactly what is going on and how she is doing. Plus or she goes to daycamp she comes home exhausted! That's the best gift ever.

Disney World for pets. Super friendly staff. They even have a staff member who lives right on the property. Large dogs separated from small dogs make for a happy coexistence between the pets. Our two terriers enjoy their stay there. It's not home, but it's a great place for visits while their humans are away. Wholeheartedly recommend.

All the Pet Paradise staff we've met are highly conscientious and extremely caring. The manager even advised me they are cautious about not allowing active playtime within the period of one hour before eating and one hour after eating, so as to avoid bloat. This is a life-threatening condition that poodles are prone to which I had been unaware of. They are diligent about documenting my requests.
