Last August I was moving & needed to leave my 17+ dog somewhere safe for the day. She had to be hand fed & needed special care since she had cataracts & her balance was off. The manager offered to take care of praline & walked her in a separate area awAy from other dogs. She was there most of the day & when I left she was smiling looking out at outdoor area. When I picked her up she was tired but had done well. I was very thankful they worked w/ me so I could get my stuff done & feel good about her care.

Pet Paradise is my dog's favorite home when I travel. The staff is very friendly & efficient. Cleanliness of the resort is impressive.

My Sophie has been going to daycare and boarding there for over a year now. She is excited each time we pull in the drive and happily tired at the days end of play, play, play. The staff are all the nicest people who get to know the clients and the pups like family. Maureen, the manager is always at the top of her game. They offer specials too that help keep Sophie's visits affordable. Love this place.

I have been leaving my dog Jade at Pet Paradise for about 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about the place. The staff there all wonderful they take great care of our pets.They offer many services such as grooming ,wacky wednesday,daycare. The place is keeped very clean. Its the only place i would leave my dog. Site manager is truly professional in the way the place is keeped. Richard and Barbara Andersson

Our dog is very happy at Pet Paradise. She spends a good deal of time boarding there. The staff is very caring and highly recommended. We enjoy watching her on the web cam.

our 2 dogs love it here! they have no problems with our 2 high maintenance large dogs and we feel completely comfortable when we board them here when we go on vacation!

Hands down the best for pet resorts. We always feel guilty when we can't take Taylor with us on trips. The folks at Pet Paradise always take great care of him and we feel less guilty because their facilities are awesome. They always offer the same luxuries at every branch so no worries about trying a new one. St. Augustine is the third resort we have used (two others in Jacksonville.) Love their pool and they are never pushy when suggesting extra things for our dog to enjoy, but they can do it all if needed. You can provide... read more

My husband and I enjoy bringing our girls to Pet Paradise and I believe the girls enjoy there stay as well. We get them the run kennel so they are outside. Thank you Pet Paradise!
