Disney World for pets. Super friendly staff. They even have a staff member who lives right on the property. Large dogs separated from small dogs make for a happy coexistence between the pets. Our two terriers enjoy their stay there. It's not home, but it's a great place for visits while their humans are away. Wholeheartedly recommend.
All the Pet Paradise staff we've met are highly conscientious and extremely caring. The manager even advised me they are cautious about not allowing active playtime within the period of one hour before eating and one hour after eating, so as to avoid bloat. This is a life-threatening condition that poodles are prone to which I had been unaware of. They are diligent about documenting my requests. Pet Paradise in St. Augustine has exceeded our expectations. I had a dog for 11 years and never boarded her. We now have two weimaraner rescues and we decided that boarding them was the best idea to ensure they got plenty of exercise and love. We toured a few other places that we would NEVER leave our dogs at for 5 minutes (and these were highly recommended places too). Pet Paradise was the cleanest place and the staff seemed great. Mandy loves Pet Paradise! On arrival the staff is friendly & makes her feel at home. The facility is clean & smells clean too! She has stayed in the St. Augustine facility many times & comes home a "happy camper". We feel confident that she is well cared for.

I've been taking my 7 yr old yellow Lab to Pet Paradise for about 6 years. We've used the Palm Coast and Airport locations, but primarily board at St. Augustine. The staff are fantastic and always remember our dog whenever we bring him in. They are always friendly too. A couple of years ago we boarded him for a week at Thanksgiving and while we were out of town I received an email video of our dog! It was such a nice surprise! The facility is always clean and the kennels are well kept. Highly recommend Pet Paradise!
Our little dog is usually afraid of new people and places but the staff at pet paradise is so friendly and understanding that she warmed right up to them! We've taken her several times and this last time she was straining at her leash to go in! Their facility is very clean and I've been happy with the care they've shown to our pet.

I board my two dogs here pretty frequently, they were the only facility in town that had space when we first moved here last year & we had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights. Since then, I have used them many times and I frequently call with only a day's notice - it has never been a problem. The staff knows my dogs and genuinely seems to really like them.
