Pet Paradise in St. Augustine has exceeded our expectations. I had a dog for 11 years and never boarded her. We now have two weimaraner rescues and we decided that boarding them was the best idea to ensure they got plenty of exercise and love. We toured a few other places that we would NEVER leave our dogs at for 5 minutes (and these were highly recommended places too). Pet Paradise was the cleanest place and the staff seemed great. Mandy loves Pet Paradise! On arrival the staff is friendly & makes her feel at home. The facility is clean & smells clean too! She has stayed in the St. Augustine facility many times & comes home a "happy camper". We feel confident that she is well cared for.

I've been taking my 7 yr old yellow Lab to Pet Paradise for about 6 years. We've used the Palm Coast and Airport locations, but primarily board at St. Augustine. The staff are fantastic and always remember our dog whenever we bring him in. They are always friendly too. A couple of years ago we boarded him for a week at Thanksgiving and while we were out of town I received an email video of our dog! It was such a nice surprise! The facility is always clean and the kennels are well kept. Highly recommend Pet Paradise!
Our little dog is usually afraid of new people and places but the staff at pet paradise is so friendly and understanding that she warmed right up to them! We've taken her several times and this last time she was straining at her leash to go in! Their facility is very clean and I've been happy with the care they've shown to our pet.

I board my two dogs here pretty frequently, they were the only facility in town that had space when we first moved here last year & we had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights. Since then, I have used them many times and I frequently call with only a day's notice - it has never been a problem. The staff knows my dogs and genuinely seems to really like them. No complaints here. This is actually a pretty nice place, and the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the folks that take care of your pets seem to genuinely care for the animals and ensure they have a good time and are properly supervised. I took my dog in for grooming here, just gave them a call and made the appointment, and once I got there I just had to show my dogs vaccinations to ensure he was up to date. I just wanted to let your customers know that on Thursday 11/14 around 10:00 that you had a very nasty lady with the big dogs. I was about 500 yards away and could hear this lady Screaming every 3 minutes at the dogs. Then she also used an airborne to get there attention( We all know how sensitive dogs ears are.) I just thought that you guys should know how your dogs are being treating when they are being their real person not the fake one used when up front checking in/out dogs.
