I really can’t say much right now haven’t received the merchandise yet
I received a call from a representative assuring me that my order was taken and she was waiting for the vet to verify my pets prescription. This kept me from worrying about whether it would all work out. The price of the medication is half of what I would have spent at the vet.
I found PetSupplies4Less after my regular pet supply store was out of one of my dog's medications. To my delight they were substantially cheaper than the competitor for exactly the same medications. I look to them first for my dog's refills.
Ordered six months of a heart worm med for my dog. Vet said my dog didn't exist! Huh? Got that straightened out then was told the Vet wouldn't okay six months. "No, only three months.", said she. Kaytlin at Pet Supplies emailed me with that news and we went round and round. Finally, I got the word that three months would be approved. Just one follow up email needed. I hadn't received product yet but had already received 2-3 emails requesting review.
Have a coupon page. I had to keep flipping screens and different browsers to see the Ghost5 discount code. I wasn't sure the code by the time checkout came.

Keep selling trifexis at an affordable price and being transparent with your customers. 1-800 pet meds runs silly discounts where they don’t expect the customer to realize they aren’t actually promoting good deals. Don’t morph into them. Sell cheap and treat your customers right! That’s the best business model and will determine if I keep ordering. Thanks!
