Too long to ship!!!!!!!!!
Got 2 heart worm prevention packets for the price of what I paid for 1 at my vets. Need I say more? And the order came quickly.
I searched for how to refill a prescription on the website and could not find the information. I spent too much time trying to figure out how to refill a perscription. Clear pop up or search option instructions on refills would have been nice. I finally just added it to my cart and then I saw where you could select it was a refill. Once I did that it was easy!

Online order - When a customer orders something that requires a script and clicks on I will mail script, there needs to be a drop-down box or a message that indicates where to send the script to. Because of the time frame to fill the order I usually mail the script the same day I order which is to the wrong address. I've had orders cancelled because the script was received late. My golden needs special meds, vetmedin, for a serious heart defect. My vet was charging $140.00 for a bottle of 50, 10 mg. Pet meds 4 less charges me $87.00 for it. I have to buy 2 bottles per month.
Let me know when item is shipped so that I do not have to call and check.
