I would have given zero or negative stars if it was an option. I am not sure how I have had such awful experiences with this company and no one else has. I placed my 1st and last order from this company back in May. They charged my debit card in August for the one and only order that I placed in May and already paid for. So now I have paid for it twice. It is now the end of October and I still have not seen a refund although they claim I have already received it. I got the response that it is no longer their problem.
