Peter was instrumental in helping us purchase our first home! We were first time home buyers with lots of questions; Peter walked us through everything and we never felt lost in the process. I have done three loans with Peter: 2 purchases and 1 refinance and we could not be happier with effort, knowledge, and overall professionalism he has shown us over the years. What can I say about Peter. This is the second deal I've done with him and this time, like the last, he went above and beyond to make the deal happen. From running numbers over and over as we made numerous bids on multiple properties, to being open to shifting gears when I realized the conventional financing route may not be the best. He is professional, communicative, and someone who gets the job done. I would highly recommend Peter; you definitely want him on your mortgage lending team!

Peter was absolutely the best! We made 4 different offers, and he stuck with me through each one. Answering calls and texts like I was his only client and teaching this first time homebuyer about all sorts of different mortgage products. Peter was very professional and great to work with.
