Peter was a thorough agent and explained things to this first time home buyer. Sometimes the information didn't compute and he was patient enough to re-educate me. I closed on a house last Wednesday, in a big part thanks to Peter and his team at Guaranteed Rate. The home buying process is difficult, but the one on one treatment and expertise he provided, really made the difference in closing on my now, new home.
