Peter was very sincere, and easy to understand. He the process as stress free as possible. And when he sensed I was getting overwhelmed, he calmed me down and revisited any concerns I had , Until I was satisfied in my decisions, what ever they may of been. Was referred to Peter through a friend, and I'm sure glad I was. Peter was there through it all. He was advocate throughout the whole process, and communicated with all parties during the transaction. Peter was even there with me at the closing table. He gave me advice when it came to locking in an interest rate, as he described the current market situation and the anticipated trend. The process was stress free and we closed on time.

Peter was a thorough agent and explained things to this first time home buyer. Sometimes the information didn't compute and he was patient enough to re-educate me. He also is attuned to his clients enough to know as the closing approaches and things become hectic, that assurances are needed to maintain his client's sanity.
