This was my second time working with Peter. Once again he went above and beyond to keep me up to speed on what was happening and made sure the entire refi process went smoothly. He was able to negotiate a lower interest rate than we initially locked and got us closed on time. We were happy with the lender. They stayed on top of things...made sure we submitted all the documentation required. They were very patient and polite. They were never pushy or nasty. I was very happy with the person who closed the loan. She was very polite and professional. She had all her documentation in order and explained each irem as we signed off on them .
