No hot water in the house and after calling around 1pm someone was able to come and have things working again by 9pm the same day. No fuss, no contact needed and friendly personnel the whole way through.
If there was a way to give 0 stars i would. First time customer looking to get a reliable company to maintenance and take a look at my gas boiler before the cooking winter. Set appointment 10 days ago, given a appointment window of 12-4.... By 430 I called to see what was going on. I was told the person was still on a call and that they would be to my house definitely by 6pm.... 615 I have to call again, and they're now telling me 8pm they would be there by! STAY away from this company! Just found out I'm actually paying at least 100 dollars more then my neighbors . Complete price gouging me at this point, and I'll be finding a new/local company for next season.
We had a leak somewhere in our furnace. Two workmen worked like detectives to figure out a problem that was not obvious. Well done!!
