Scott T is a wonderful technician at Petro. He responded to our emergency call Jan. 17 at 9pm, fixed two major problems that made our heating system dysfunction. He is professional, thoughtful for customer, and he is highly skillful in solving challenges.

Thank You, At 1009 hours January 7, 2020,  I called Petro at 1-516-349-4100 and spoke to Janet. I told Janet that I was having a problem with my heat. I said that I have heat but it comes up too strong. Janet was a very good listener. At 1013 hours,  I received an email from Petro confirming my appointment for today between 1:00pm and 4:00 pm.  At 1244 hours, I received a second email informing me that my technician's name is Virgil and he is enroute.
