Thank You, At 1009 hours January 7, 2020, I called Petro at 1-516-349-4100 and spoke to Janet. I told Janet that I was having a problem with my heat. I said that I have heat but it comes up too strong. Janet was a very good listener. At 1013 hours, I received an email from Petro confirming my appointment for today between 1:00pm and 4:00 pm. At 1244 hours, I received a second email informing me that my technician's name is Virgil and he is enroute. Virgil, the Petro service technician, arrived shortly after the email.... read more

They set up an the appointment quickly, the service technician was friendly and professional. He figured out the problem and repaired it right away. The heat was back on and our family was back to focusing on the holidays! Thank you!

Had a problem with the oil furnace and they came out the same day plus they are 24 hours 7 days a week.
Adrian did great by installing an aquatex heat monitor gauge which seemed to help a little. He also suggested if I still didn’t get hot water that stayed hot that I would have to get a plumber to clean the boiler coils which I’ve scheduled for 12/20/19.
