Adrian did great by installing an aquatex heat monitor gauge which seemed to help a little. He also suggested if I still didn’t get hot water that stayed hot that I would have to get a plumber to clean the boiler coils which I’ve scheduled for 12/20/19.

👍 The overall experience was completed in a very timely manner. From the minute I picked up my phone, the representative was very pleasant and managed to pull a same day service call and the servicer arrived on the early end of the timeframe. Fixed the problem and left promptly. Also, she left me with some pointers and was very helpful.

Had no heat and no hot water on Thanksgiving. Called at noon, and was given a service call time of between 2:30 and 5 p.m. on this Holiday. Technician arrived 3 p.m. and had the head and hot water back on by 4:30. Also gave a thorough summary of what the problem was and how to fix it. Said the problem was that the oil tank, which had sludge in the lines, had to be replaced. Issued a report to headquarters with a direction to call me asap, and to put a stop on future oil deliveries until the tank was replaced. Excellent work ... read more
I’ve been the owner of my house since 1978 so I’ve had my share of service technicians. during those 40+ years, and this is the first time l felt compelled to provide feedback. The mechanic that provided my annual tune-up yesterday was far and away the most competent and thorough person that has ever worked on my heating system. He was professional in his explanation of what he was doing each step of the way.
