I’ve been the owner of my house since 1978 so I’ve had my share of service technicians. during those 40+ years, and this is the first time l felt compelled to provide feedback. The mechanic that provided my annual tune-up yesterday was far and away the most competent and thorough person that has ever worked on my heating system. He was professional in his explanation of what he was doing each step of the way. Generator service person,Edgar, was prompt, courteous & knowledgeable. He got my whole house generator working again very quickly.
Service rep was friendly and helpful. It turned out to be an easy fix - our oil burner switch which was cracked and he was able to repair. It would be nice to be able to get a text when service is 20 minutes away so we don’t have to be stuck at the house.
Workers were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Explains in a manner that I could understand how to use the new system. Thank you
Pétro put in a new coil and pressure tank today. Bob was great. Definitely would recommend pétro for repairs not just Oil
