I was worried with Petro reading all the horrible reviews, but pretty much all of my experiences with them have been great. Even if a mistake or misunderstanding happened, they quickly and understandably rectified the situation. My latest experience involved a serviceman checking my pool boiler. He was clear about what was needed and explained the cost. I felt like he understood me and my sitauiton. I hope this kind of service continues with Petro.

The tech was awesome. I returned from a trip and had turned my burner off. It smoked a lot and wasn't running properly upon return. The tech trouble shot a few different things, cleaned up any soot/residue and had the burner working safely and properly in no time. He even cleaned the filters and the chimney flue! Really nice guy also!
