I called Saturday morning at 9am, they thanked me for being a longtime and loyal customer. Set my appt for 12-3pm. After my periodic calls theoughtout the day, no one showed until 10:30pm. The tech (who was good) said “they put my ticket in incorrectly a couple times and delayed the process”. Also “the part I needed is an easy fix and swap out, but since all the supply stores are closed I’d have to wait until Monday morning”...!!! This was completely unacceptable customer service.
Petro Home Services after coming to home delivering oil less then 30 days apart each time, sending a workman to work on my furnace that was canceled, as my son let him in without knowing, then Petro admits this mistake and tries to charge me $175 for it along with tying to get another $509! The part really needed with labor & tax was a total of $232.73!! WOW Really. Tried to cancel them for them to turn around and charge me $399 (see my earlier post). I have no heat. I was told a service person was coming at 7 PM yesterday. He never came. In spite of a service contract, I am still without heat.

Overall I am pleased. I only have two dissatisfied moments; one when I didn’t sign a fixed price agreement ; two the chiminey inspection people that came by felt like a scam.
