Petro refuses the warrant their work. Our home was serviced on 7/22 biannual. 5 days later my basement flooded . I called an independent plumber in for evaluation and was advised the system was not flushed properly . Petro will not Remediate the water damage or mold , advised it's bad luck and will Not offer assistance. Due to mold concerns we have hired counsel and filed Claim with their insurance Carrier for remediation and bodily Injury concerns.

Why were my last two (2) oil deliveries charged at the top negotiated ceiling price per gallon when oil and diesel prices are lower? The ceiling price should only be charged when the oil market prices reflect that price or higher. This chronic every year.

My hubby spoke w assistant manager who confirmed that we wouldn’t be charged for the materials etc. Guess what? We still got charged. Now we have to call a number of times to deal w this issue. So sick and tired bc it’s always like this
