The water leak I had was filling a bucket every hour. I called at 9:30am and was told the service manager would call me back. They did I not. I called again and was told they’d have someone there by 2:00pm. When 2:15pm around i was told someone would be there at 5:00pm. I insisted that this was an emergency! They agreed to have someone come immediately after their current call. Tech was Great, administration was wholly unacceptable. Service tech arrived on time, very efficient in repairing the problem with the air conditioning drain line. NEGATIVE COMMENT: AGAIN A LONG DELAY ON HOLD WHEN CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. CONTINUES TO BE THE WORST PART OF PETRO!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT 15+ MINUTES TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. A PROBLEM PETRO HAS NO INTENTION OF CORRECTING.

No heat for 4 nights now. I am a premium plus member for 30 years. Diagnosis was change my good batteries for newer batteries in my thermostat.

Repair was done incorrect/incomplete. New burner motor was installed with existing fan. Motor shaft was cut in order to reuse existing fan. Reinstalled the existing fan to new burner motor but did not adjust or aligned. Existing bolt was let behind on floor. Saw cutting metal fragments over the burner and floor. burner motor wires were extruding out (not in housing) with cover closed. Oil pan was not cleaned (not sure) only filter. Humming sound. I called at 12:50 pm to report an oil leak in my downstairs. They said my window for service would be from 1:30 to 4 pm. At 1:15 the truck showed up and the service gentleman began working. Very professional. He was here two hours and fixed the problem, cleaned up the area and left. Could not have had a better experience. I have always had this kind of service from Petro.

As a customer for many many years, I was extremely disappointed to learn that my oil delivery was cut off for late payment. While I know how important it is to get payments in on time, I am disappointed that I did not receive a phone call that I was missing a payment before you made the decision not to deliver oil. My tank was empty and my house was 55 degrees before the technician (who was very nice by the way) came.
