U guy supposed to sending. E in email I ne er got it in u supposed to came to Chek in the house no one showed up
So many years with petro and very expensive
It took 4 visit with different technician to solve the problem, finally it was resolved, but not so simple o had to wait each time a few hours until the technician arrived, and the last visit they gave a time wait between 8 to 12 ,however after waiting 4 hours the technician arrive at 3 pm finally they solve the problem, never mind the waiting time to get petro on phone , waiting time 1 hour , in my opinion they have to compensate the customers for such suffering, thanks

Customer service doesn’t exist! Would like to talk to someone with some knowledge
It required 7 separate visits and repairs from your technicians to fix my oil boiler. This occurred over a two week period and I was without consistent heated water for all of that time. I understand there is a level of trial and error to fixing something with multiple components, but 7 visits indicates to me your techs should be better trained and more thorough. You also have an extremely high markup on the price of your parts
poor service
2 years ago I had a boiler installed finished paying it and now they sent me a bill saying I still owe them . Heading to the bank to get proof. They r driving me crazy . Shane on you
Terminated petro have never been in my home never serviced my burner or water heater just place service contracts on my bill and numerous late fees missed all appointments and no call back do not use petro
