It took 4 visit with different technician to solve the problem, finally it was resolved, but not so simple o had to wait each time a few hours until the technician arrived, and the last visit they gave a time wait between 8 to 12 ,however after waiting 4 hours the technician arrive at 3 pm finally they solve the problem, never mind the waiting time to get petro on phone , waiting time 1 hour , in my opinion they have to compensate the customers for such suffering, thanks
Worst experience with a technician at my house. Customer service dismissed my concerns.

It required 7 separate visits and repairs from your technicians to fix my oil boiler. This occurred over a two week period and I was without consistent heated water for all of that time. I understand there is a level of trial and error to fixing something with multiple components, but 7 visits indicates to me your techs should be better trained and more thorough. You also have an extremely high markup on the price of your parts

poor service
2 years ago I had a boiler installed finished paying it and now they sent me a bill saying I still owe them . Heading to the bank to get proof. They r driving me crazy . Shane on you
