RecommendedVery clean and all about the animals! My dog, Willow, came to group playtime and met lots of other dogs and played all day! I loved the details the staff could provide about my dog and the love they have for my dog and all the dogs there!
Our Winston loves to spend time here & there is nowhere else we would send him!! I truly believe the staff loves him almost as much as we do❤
Alicia and the whole Fern Creek team have been wonderful in working with Indy to help her overcome her fears of being put into a boarding room when several other places have just labeled her as a problem dog and not been willing to invest in her. The kind staff combined with all day group play to minimize time in her room have helped enormously. It’s great to take her to a place where the team really cares about their guests and their business. Thank you Pet Suites Fern Creek!
Our family absolutely loves PetSuites. The staff is so friendly and has become family caring for our Mookie. Every time we drop him off for daycare or boarding the facility is immaculate and the staff always welcomes us. If there is ever any concern with our dog or specific instructions they are more than willing to accommodate to meet his needs. They truly love our boy like their own and provide the best care. We are so thankful for PetSuites.
They took care of my dog Homer. I received updates and when I got the nervous mom syndrome they were happy to speak to me on the phone and put me right at ease. They will definitely be my choice when we go on vacation again. He was well cared for and I dare say a bit spoiled by the staff. We are very pleased with his care.

My Chocolate Lab, Bella, stayed at Fern Creek Pet Suites over the Thanksgiving holiday. We feel in love with the place, when we took a tour! Bella had a blast. I love the rooms and the playground for the dogs. The staff are wonderful and professional and they make the dog's stay pleasant and the dogs are spoiled , lol! Bella came back smelling good and looking pretty after having a bath there! I highly recommend Pet Suites Fern Creek! My overall experience 5 stars! Y'all should really check them out!
Our pit bull Zeus had a wonderful experience here over the thanksgiving holiday! He participated in group play time and was given a report card for how he did with the other dogs :) I was so proud when I found out he had a good time! Extremely clean establishment, very nice staff, can tell he was taken well care of when picked him up two days later. Will be back!
We absolutely love this place! We drop our Luna girl off for playtime and it's like leaving her with family. She is always so excited to go and always ready for a nap when she gets home.
