RecommendedAbsolutely LOVE Pet Suites-Fern Creek!!! It is very obvious that everyone there loves animals❤️❤️. My Daisy Mae made friends and played all weekend . RecommendedThis place is amazing and the staff is wonderful! To begin with the facility is light, bright, and very clean. The staff goes the extra mile to put both you and your pets at ease. They are friendly, polite and very caring. I boarded my 2 cats for 8 days and was very happy with how they were treated and I could tell that they were too. I would say the only concern you might have is whether or not your pet is going to want to leave and go home with you. 😂

RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience when we boarded our dogs over the weekend. I did speak with a call center when I called to reserve the nights leaving me concerned that the personal touch wouldn’t be there. But the in person experience far exceeds the call center!! The staff was amazing and started loving on our babies when we walked in. They offered a treat and took the time to explain everything and get to know our dogs.
