Absolutely LOVE Pet Suites-Fern Creek!!! It is very obvious that everyone there loves animals❤️❤️. My Daisy Mae made friends and played all weekend . I will never board her anywhere else!!! It is like a vacation for her❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of our girl❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This place is amazing and the staff is wonderful! To begin with the facility is light, bright, and very clean. The staff goes the extra mile to put both you and your pets at ease. They are friendly, polite and very caring. I boarded my 2 cats for 8 days and was very happy with how they were treated and I could tell that they were too. I would say the only concern you might have is whether or not your pet is going to want to leave and go home with you. 😂
We had a wonderful experience when we boarded our dogs over the weekend. I did speak with a call center when I called to reserve the nights leaving me concerned that the personal touch wouldn’t be there. But the in person experience far exceeds the call center!! The staff was amazing and started loving on our babies when we walked in. They offered a treat and took the time to explain everything and get to know our dogs. My dogs love it there, especially my Golden retriever. She loves play time and splashing in the pools.
Awesome staff who will treat your pet like it's their own. My dog begs to go back as often as he can. Could not be happier with our experience so far!
Remi has the BEST time at PetSuites.
My dogs- 3 of them are there. Very clean, helpful and make you feel good about leaving your animals. All the staff have been very kind. You can tell they love animals. Thanks Natalie at the front desk for calling me and letting me know about my dogs. I really appreciated that.
