RecommendedMy dogs- 3 of them are there. Very clean, helpful and make you feel good about leaving your animals. All the staff have been very kind. You can tell they love animals. Thanks Natalie at the front desk for calling me and letting me know about my dogs. I really appreciated that.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Looked me in my eyes and would not unlock the door or tell me to come back another time to get my dog. JUST LOOKED AT ME AND WALKED AWAY . RUDE AND MEAN!

After investigating your situation thoroughly I will note the following. We reached out to you after Marley had her spa completed and made you aware of what our groomer found on your dog at 12:30 PM. You called and mentioned that you were not going to be able to pick up at your original pick up time which was 5 PM. You told us that you wouldn't be able to pick up till 8:20 PM and was told that our lobby would be closed at 8 PM and that we would extend your stay till Sunday. I waited a while to write this review as I wanted to make sure that I was as fair as possible. We boarded our little chiweeny last year and had an overall positive experience. So, this summer when we were going on vacation with our son and daughter-in-law we were confident about boarding her again with PetSuites Fern Creek.
