Recommendedextremely clean and accommodating to the pets... lots of playtime and plenty of room.
It's big and the staff was so friendly, the play areas and kennels are nice. My dog LOVES the play day here, they send her home with report cards telling us how she did.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Looked me in my eyes and would not unlock the door or tell me to come back another time to get my dog. JUST LOOKED AT ME AND WALKED AWAY . RUDE AND MEAN!
I waited a while to write this review as I wanted to make sure that I was as fair as possible. We boarded our little chiweeny last year and had an overall positive experience. So, this summer when we were going on vacation with our son and daughter-in-law we were confident about boarding her again with PetSuites Fern Creek. We also recommended them to our son for our grandpuppy. Since we were all traveling together as a family we booked a large room and requested that the two dogs be roomed together as they are BFFs.
