We have had the pleasure to work with Petya several times, the most stressful was the sale and purchase of a new home during Covid-19, as a self employed couple. Every day was faced with new challenges, as Covid-19 made the lending and real estate market extremely fluid for changes. Petya and her staff stayed by your side, I always was informed, never did i have to reach out and ask status - they made an extremely challenging environment easier to navigate. Highly recommend.

I refinanced my mortgage with Petya, and she could not have been more pleasant to work with. She was always available to take my calls, and was able to answer my many questions very thoroughly. Her team will work (very) quickly to make sure that you're able to close as quickly as possible. Many brokers weren't able to respond to my inquiries when I shopped for lenders, but Petya COMPLETELY bucked that trend. Highly, highly recommend her for your mortgage needs.

Petya was awesome from the very start. She walked my husband and I through the entire process, as this was our first home purchase. We used the VA loan, which can be tricky at times and she made it very simple every step of the way. Had the seller and his agent been more cooperative, we would have likely closed even sooner, because she was ready to close escrow at day 17. If you want an efficient and knowledgeable lender that will make your life very easy through a challenging process, Petya is your go-to.

During this pandemic, Petya got my purchase loan done without any hold up what so ever. I used to work in the home loan industry, I know a good company from a bad one, and the fact that my financing got done efficiently with no issues even during a pandemic with an out of the box type deal show the quality and value of what Petya can do.
