Petya and her team were exceptional throughout the entire process. We were able to complete everything except closing remotely, all documents were clearly explained and marked. As we were rate shopping, Petya gave us the lowest rate up front and stayed the lowest throughout the process. We also had an option to buy the rate 0.25% lower than what any other lender was offering. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily work with Petya and her team again.
