Coming from someone who didn't know anything about the home buying process I really did not know the importance of having a good lender. I thought they qualify you and give you money. BOY WAS I WRONG! From start to finish Petya was there to answer any and all questions at any time of the day and trust me we had tons of questions. She walked us through the process and made it as easy as possible. Working with Petya McLaughlin was a great experience. This was our first conventional loan and we couldn't be happier. We tried working with a broker initially but were turned off by the pushy sales attitude. Once we went into guaranteed rate and sat down in Petyas office we knew it would be a more better experience.
