Petya is a great mortgage lender. She had advised me on the right step to take while pursuing a refinance and today because I followed her advise I will be saving several thousand dollars - When I was about to refinance a 30 year loan she had advised me to take a 20 year loan so I can increase my monthly principal payments and thus save great money. With the 20 year loan I also got the lowest interest rate that no lender was able to match. Will definitely use Petya's services when I pursue future loans.
