We just completed our 5th mortgage loan with Petya having assisted our adult children as well as our home loan and subsequent refi. Petya has been great each time assisting with the challenges of being self employed. Petya is very organized and clearly communicates what documentation will be required. Petya has a total "can do attitude" and provides creative solutions to keep the process moving forward to loan closure. Petya is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

Working with Petya McLaughlin was a great experience. This was our first conventional loan and we couldn't be happier. We tried working with a broker initially but were turned off by the pushy sales attitude. Once we went into guaranteed rate and sat down in Petyas office we knew it would be a more better experience.

Communication was always timely, the portal to submit paperwork was a snap and GREATLY sped up the process. Overall the easiest Refi ever. And fast - we actually completed the entire process two weeks early.
