I find that most reviews online are very polar. I'm an example of that. I'm writing a 5-star review for Petya because she was very easy to work with and she put a lot more effort into working with me than anyone I previously worked with. And that includes a family member of mine who was also a loan broker. Yes, I'm saying she treated me better than my own family did in this case. Petya was AWESOME!! She helped make the home buying experience as easy as it could be. Her responsiveness and follow through was something I had never seen from a finance officer before!! If anyone is looking for someone to take the time and explain the process and walk through it with you, she's the person. I would definitely use her services again.
