I live in Arizona and while shopping for a second home in the San Diego area, I was given Petya's contact information as a mortgage lender source. What a great choice to use Petya! She was very professional, knowledgable, and did an excellent job working a, somewhat difficult, loan application. She worked long and hard to meet a tight schedule and closing date meeting all deadlines. I would most definitely use Petya again and highly recommend her to anyone having either simple or complicated mortgage needs.

I had reached my 4 loan limit with my traditional bank financings and was referred to Petya by my aunt. Petya helped me complete my two investment financings and I was super happy with my rates!!! She got me a better rate on my investment rental than I had just gotten on primary home refinancing two months earlier. I find that most reviews online are very polar. I'm an example of that. I'm writing a 5-star review for Petya because she was very easy to work with and she put a lot more effort into working with me than anyone I previously worked with. And that includes a family member of mine who was also a loan broker. Yes, I'm saying she treated me better than my own family did in this case. Petya was AWESOME!! She helped make the home buying experience as easy as it could be. Her responsiveness and follow through was something I had never seen from a finance officer before!! If anyone is looking for someone to take the time and explain the process and walk through it with you, she's the person. I would definitely use her services again.
