I was given a list of names to call for my home loan and Petya was my 2nd choice. The 1st one I called wasn't able to prequalify me until the following day so I called Petya told her I'm trying to buy a home and want to prequalify. I pre-qualified with USAA and initially planned to go forward with them given my experience with some of their other products. Bad idea. Once my offer was accepted and USAA came through with their rates and closing costs, I was very surprised by how out of line they were with the norm and started shopping around more. I live in Arizona and while shopping for a second home in the San Diego area, I was given Petya's contact information as a mortgage lender source. What a great choice to use Petya! She was very professional, knowledgable, and did an excellent job working a, somewhat difficult, loan application. She worked long and hard to meet a tight schedule and closing date meeting all deadlines. I would most definitely use Petya again and highly recommend her to anyone having either simple or complicated mortgage needs.

I had reached my 4 loan limit with my traditional bank financings and was referred to Petya by my aunt. Petya helped me complete my two investment financings and I was super happy with my rates!!! She got me a better rate on my investment rental than I had just gotten on primary home refinancing two months earlier.
