Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. We had an excellent meal of fresh trout and perfectly prepared vegetables plus a delicious and complimentary Godiva torte and vanilla bean ice cream. Would likely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for good food and a pleasant atmosphere.
We always enjoy the Phoenix City Grill – it's great for special events, food and service are always top notch. We highly recommend.
Phoenix City Grille has been a favorite restaurant for many years because they're consistently high in food quality and service. The lunch pricing is very reasonable and you're treated to great service and quality atmosphere. Not an ordinary lunch at all! Highly recommend for special occasions or just to treat yourself and a friend to a special lunch. I made the reservation online and was pleased to see that my request for a booth was available and even had a special "Reserved" sign in place at my table.
The food and service was outstanding. Our waitress, Becca, was 5 star! This was not my first time here and it is never a disappointment. I always recommend this place. It is in a great area. My Russian Mule was the best I ever had. Hats off to the bartender.

Our server, Julie, was very friendly, attentive and good. We enjoyed our food and our server.
Another busy Friday evening at PCG. I tried the pan seared halibut w an interesting quinoa pilaf. Excellent. My wife had her regular Bethany Home Salad. We feel like we're dining "at the club" here. Try the eggplant appetizers!
I guess I would be a repeat customer, so PCG is a repeat restaurant. It's one of my neighborhood haunts used frequently for eating out. Food is always good - from trout to tacos. The recipes are really good. Wine list is short but decent. Service is always great with staff lasting longer than the usual restaurant. I like that as well because it's easy to feel welcome to "your" restaurant. Go! You won't be disappointed.
