Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. This was our first time visiting. The food was very good and the service was just right! The beer was a local brew and was excellent!
PCG is one of our favorite dining establishments. We took some friends who had never been and now they are fans as well. Dinner was delicious; all four of us raved about our meals. We had to wait for our initial contact with our waitress who, when she came to the table, apologized profusely and offered us a free appetizer, which we said was not necessary. We wanted good food, good service, moderate prices and the ability to converse with friends we have known for almost 50 years. PCG met all of our criteria. Awesome as always love PCG!!
We have driven by and heard about PCG many times and finally gave it a shot. The service and food was excellent and we will definitely be going back. The corner of 16th St. and Bethany Home has become a corner of great restaurant choices and PCG did not disappoint.
Great food, good service. We were a party of 4 this time. We women had the beef tenderloin and the steak. Both were cooked to perfection. The men both ordered the pork special, which must have been pretty good because neither guy left any food on his plate. Cocktails and wine were excellent. This truly is a neighborhood gem.
The food was delicious, the service was incredibly fast and our server knew the menu very well. Overall it was great. The only negatives were the drink was way too strong and the parking situation is quite ridiculous and they don't have valet.
We had an enjoyable evening with friends. Food was good, service was good. We were able to sit and visit without being rushed to leave by wait staff.
Our waiter was wonderful. He attended to our needs immediately. This food has been good there all three times we ate there.
