Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. Pizzas and light bites perfectly complement a glass of wine, beer or cocktail from the bar.

Our first time here and we entered thru the back, which was interesting. The staff were very friendly, the food was on point and delicious. A very good wine selection. great place to take a date.
We were in Phoenix for 6 nights and two of them we had dinner at The Phoenix City Grille. Great food, we loved the ambiance, and bother servers were fantastic.
Overall, our food was delicious and the service was great. We just felt a little rushed. Our server was very attentive and nice, but he seemed rushed, which made us feel rushed and everything came out so quickly. Since it was New Year’s Eve, we understood why he might feel hurried….but since it was a holiday, as well as our anniversary, we were hoping for a little bit more of a relaxed meal. We were in the back room, so the noise level was low…which was very nice. Will definitely return to try again.
The food was fabulous and ambiance was perfect for conversation. One of our favorite places.
PCG is our go-to restaurant, both for an impromptu happy hour and a fancy night out. Their staff ensures a happy experience and their chef ensures a delicious meal. Oh, and their bartenders are Top Shelf! Highly recommend.
