Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. 'Daily special' entree prepared with the same excellent quality and attention as the regular items, but this particular dish didn't hit my personal flavor-profile sweet spot. Excellent food and service! My employees enjoy the experience
First time visiting PCG. We loved the atmosphere and enjoyed our ability to have a conversation. So many other restaurants are so noisy. We shared the eggplant bites and they were delicious. The tomato pesto soup had a creamy texture and the flavor blend was fantastic. The romaine salad had a wonderful homemade dressing, The cedar planked salmon was perfectly cooked, moist and delicious.
