This is a wonderful place! The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and you can tell they care. Dr B Kelly takes the TIME to listen to your concerns, assess you physically, and work together with you on a treatment plan to help you feel better! They are a great team.
When your child is asking to see a doctor on a Sunday morning and you clearly agree, Physicians Immediate Care is a great place to go. You might need to wait a little, but our doctor patient interaction was wonderful. They took the time to listen and we got a heartfelt end result.
We went here for a physical for school and sports because even in May, our doctor was scheduled MONTHS out! We made an appointment online, check in was simple, and waited. Although we waited for about an hour and a half (went on a Friday afternoon, as well as a Sunday morning), the visits went smoothly. From the front desk to the medical assistant, as well as the nurse practitioner, they all made the visits pleasant and my daughters both felt comfortable! I would recommend this location for most non-emergency needs!
Brenda Kelley and her team went above and beyond to care for my son on Tuesday morning. Got in quickly and listen to our concerns and address all of them. She even called me a few days later to check on him. Thank you for all you do!!!
The gal at the desk was especially kind, helpful and compassionate. She went above and beyond to ensure the self check in process was easy for me. She showed a genuine concern for my well being. The Dr was also thorough, kind and compassionate.
