I have been to this clinic several times and I always have a great experience. The people are friendly, helpful and professional. The only thing to be aware of is, that they will charge you for any equipment, no matter how small, and might it tell you that you need to pay for it. So, find out first if they are charging you for it and how much. Even though I had an appointment for my little one, somehow people with drug tests were able to be seen. I have no idea what took so long, but my 6 year old sat in the waiting room with 103 plus fever and high blood pressure and it took hours to be seen. Then after getting tested and results were in, we waited another 30 minutes. I told the nurse that we were leaving and only then did the doctor come out from behind his desk to check my daughter. The NP who treated me was extremely nice and so caring. I was their last patient for the day and I know they were all ready to get out of there but she took her time with me to make sure I was okay. She’s is a gem!
I've brought family members to Physicians Immediate Care several times recently for sickness and an injury. Elodie and Brenda are both fantastic, knowledgeable, and patient. Their instructions were thorough, and the office staff is helpful. I'd absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.
I went there for a physical and tb test. What was most important to me besides the physical was the promptness of the appointment. They were ready for me and the paperwork was minimal. The Dr was great at answering questions and I was gone in 20 minutes.
