I went 20 mins before closing and I know it can get annoying especially last min patients but everyoneeee was so nice and took good care of me . I was so pleased with the staff and the office was so clean . Thank you again

My family has been to this facility a few times and always had a good experiance from a sinus infection to a broken arm, they have been attentive and quick.

I went to Physicians Immediate Care after receiving a nasty cat bite at work. I went in around 7 pm on a week night and was seen right away. The registration and check-in process was fast and easy. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional and the P.A. who saw me was very helpful and knowledgable. The nurse called me the next day to check in and see how I was doing. This is a great resource for after-hours urgent care without going to the Emergency Room. I am so thankful they are so close!

I made my first visit to the Plainfield, Illinois location today and was Very impressed!! The staff was friendly and helpful. My physician was Amanda Davenport who I found to be very professional and thorough. This office was very nice, clean and comforting. My family will Definitely be back!!

I had a great experience here and would highly recommend it!!! I was sick with a sinus infection, couldn't get into my regular doctor for days. I was miserable. Went here, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There was virtually no wait at all, just as long as it took me to fill out paperwork. I was NEVER asked to put a credit card on file. I was seen by a very wonderful doctor, don't remember her name. She was quite thorough, and I walked out with several prescriptions. So happy I went here instead of endur... read more

*Warning: This review involves medical stuff that might gross you out* Mama said, "don't scratch that mosquito bite!" Now I know what the big, damn deal is if you do scratch. Over the summer, I developed an infected mosquito bite on my leg. I scratched it, it opened, and I did what I could to treat it, keep it clean, etc. Shortly after, I developed an abscess on my leg, near the mosquito bite. I took my son there a few months ago. He had had a fever for a few days and wasn't getting any better. I got in right away. The doctor that saw my son was phenomenal. She called that night to see how he was doing. Someone also called the next day to check in on him. Everyone was very professional. I would not hesitate to go back.
