Working in healthcare myself, I am a tough critic of the care my family and I receive. When I came down with a combined sinus/ear/upper respiratory infection that wasn't intense enough for the ER but urgent enough to seek immediate care. Another IMCC that I usually go to was packed, so I tried Physicians Immediate Care. The experience was very good. Short wait time, thorough care and diagnosis and good treatment. Next time I'll head here first!
The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I came straight from the airport after landing and barely made it in the door at 8:00 p.m., closing time. The receptionist was sweet. The nurse was kind and concerned. The doctor took a lot of time with me. It turns out I had pink eye in both eyes. They gave me the most recent medicine on the market - that is much better than the old eye drops and they followed up two days later to see how I was feeling!
Recently I came down with a nasty cold and cough and because I do not have a primary physician here in the city, I went here to get checked out. On this particular day the office was very busy so I was 4th in line to be seen but it only took 45 minutes to be seen. The office is clean and the staff is very warm, inviting, and patient. After being told by Concentra to go to the ER, I figured, there has to be a non-emergency facility to remove glass from my foot. The doctor that I saw was just lovely!! Clean waiting area, personable staff and the best nurse - she gave me a painless shot (needle shot, not alcohol) which is unheard of. The reason for the 3 stars is that this place seems a bit disorganized and being an early morning patient, waited for the cabinents to get unlocked, etc....also had a young lady jab her long nails into my wrist as she checked... read more
SCAM SCAM SCAM. They sometimes don't have doctors. They don't tell you this when you book online. I left the house to be told it was telehealth. Why tf would I leave my house? Furious. This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM.

This location cannot figure out and will not help out on how to bill the employer for a test I had taken there. In the process of writing to the better business bureau. Was given their billing number for quest and the billing department is not reachable.

took 2 women todo a pre drug and both couldnt their jobs. Horrible experienc. don't use thi location, the location in Elk Grove Village is much much better. Dont trust this location

ZERO. STARS. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I went in over a week ago in Niles on Golf Rd after taking a home covid test (positive). After handling iPad it was not cleaned off, so be aware they don't practice basic infection control. I was not tested for Covid or flu. My doctor asked if they checked oxygen levels given the severity of cough/symptoms - They did NOT (saw this in another review also, they ended up in hospital and should SUR for malpractice). I'd make it less stars if it was possible. $140 Copay just to see a Physician on a screen. The front desk ladies don't seem to understand the fact that they're FRONT DESK people as they were having a powwow in the back as people kept piling in. INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST
