I do not like the practice of giving your credit card- or you will not be treated. Under duress I provided my credit card- but wrote in BIG BOLD LETTERS NOT to charge my credit card since my ex-husband is responsible for my son's medical bills. Not only was my card charged...but CHARGED TWICE!!!! No email from the company...no phone call....no bill came in the mail. I will NEVER visit this place again if this practice continues.
I made an appointment on the website which said no need to wait! When I arrived, I was shocked to find out the website is incredibly misleading as I had to wait in line as if I just walked in off the street. Receptionist was polite and apologetic, but bait and switch was infuriating. Total time: 3 hours and 30 min.
There is nothing immediate about this place. Due to the sensitive and possibly dangerous nature of my job, I get drug tested once per year. I am treated as the lowest of the low in priority, the nurse could have conducted my test in 5 minutes, but chose to screw around for 40 minutes on an insurance issue a patient presented 20 minutes after I arrived and checked in. We actually have a standard process to put drug test patients on what we call the "fast track" to get you in and out quickly since there is no need to see the provider. Terrible service. Waited for over an hour for a drug screening. When asked why there was such a long delay I was told it was due to my registration. Minimal to no registration is needed and the waiting room is empty.

let me first start out by saying when I go to see a doctor I want to see a doctor and not a doctors assistant, but that's who that had working the day I went here. I had a bad cough that was not going away and I took my wife to see her doctor near by, but my doctor is in the loop so I chose to stop in here. I was miss diagnosed with Pneumonia in both lungs and given prescriptions for a slew of medications. When I got home I called my doctor to find out that if I had pneumonia in both lungs could I still fly on an airplane... read more
