I made an appointment on the website which said no need to wait! When I arrived, I was shocked to find out the website is incredibly misleading as I had to wait in line as if I just walked in off the street. Receptionist was polite and apologetic, but bait and switch was infuriating. Total time: 3 hours and 30 min.
There is nothing immediate about this place. Due to the sensitive and possibly dangerous nature of my job, I get drug tested once per year. I am treated as the lowest of the low in priority, the nurse could have conducted my test in 5 minutes, but chose to screw around for 40 minutes on an insurance issue a patient presented 20 minutes after I arrived and checked in. Terrible service. Waited for over an hour for a drug screening. When asked why there was such a long delay I was told it was due to my registration. Minimal to no registration is needed and the waiting room is empty.
let me first start out by saying when I go to see a doctor I want to see a doctor and not a doctors assistant, but that's who that had working the day I went here. I had a bad cough that was not going away and I took my wife to see her doctor near by, but my doctor is in the loop so I chose to stop in here. I was miss diagnosed with Pneumonia in both lungs and given prescriptions for a slew of medications.
