When I went to this Immediate Care the doctor and nurse were friendly and took care of me. The problem I have is they told me they were sending out a urine sample for a UTI problem and they would call me with the results whether there was an additional problem or not. The doctor empathized I would get a call. I never received a call back, and one month later I called the office and told the person answering the call that I had never received my call back to let me know what was found but I did a notice that I had been charg... read more

My experience with the doctor was good the only thing I didnt Like is the way the receptionist treated me she very rude and unprofessional even one of the nurse came out to help the receptionist but was just rude too,,,it's really bad that the doctors are good but not your customer services.

While the staff were pleasant and effective I did not care for their process. I was there for drug screen and you know what that means, so I came prepared and ready, after drinking a big cup of water earlier. The sequence of how and who they saw made no sense, it was not in order. Not everybody is there for a drug screen, but many are. Why not process drug screen folks separately? It is a fairly quick turn around process so do not understand why you would not express lane it. Why make people wait so that they feel miserabl... read more

Business response:

We apologize for your long wait, Michael. We do have separate queues for provider and non-provider visits. I would like to look into why you experienced a long delay for a non-provider visit. I will private message you for your full name and the date of your visit. Thank you for your comments, as it helps us do better.

I can barely even say i had an experience there. I was in from out of town and needed to see a doctor. This was one of the few places around that takes my insurance. Unfortunately i didn't have a physical copy of my insurance with me but i had a copy on my phone so i thought it would be no problem. It's not like it has a chip in it or something, all they need is the information listed on it. The receptionist at the counter told me he couldn't take my insurance card because he had to scan it through his machine first. He the... read more

Absolutely, most pathetic gathering and a sorry excuse for "so called immediate help professionals". On 6/10/17 at approximately 12 pm, I was turned away from obtaining immediate help on my fractured and dislocated finger. The reason: there was an unpaid balance of $14.00 from approximately a year ago. I had no way to take care of the payment as I was coming from a workout and just had my car keys with me. Almost fainting from pain, I pleaded with the nurses and doctors to help me, all to no avail... I'm sure legal acti... read more

Sent here for tests for new job.....very long wait times!!! Not convenient or better than any other walk in clinic. You'll spend at least a couple hours waiting.

Business response:

I am very sorry to hear about your long wait-time. We strive to see patients as quickly as possible, but the medical staff will take patients first if their medical needs require immediate attention. However, we are always working to improve our wait times, and I have forwarded your comments to our clinic manager. Thank you for providing feedback.

It was all good with the visit until they couldn't figure out how to use the billing system so I left them my credit card information which they forgot to charge. I went on active duty for the US Army only to find out that they had marked the account as delinquent when a friend went to check my mail. Just the kind of crap you expect from a for profit medical company. Still trying to get in contact with them to figure it out.

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback, Benjamin. As requested on your Google review, can you please email us at PatientServices@VisitPhysicians.com?

Set better expectations, guys! I made an appointment for my girlfriend via the website, which advertises "no need to wait". En route, I received a text message stating that the appointment would be delayed [only] fifteen minutes! Thanks for letting us prepare, if it was only true... We arrived at the location to be told "there is about a two hour wait." If that's the case, they really shouldn't set the expectation of a prompt appointment; nor should they send an inaccurate follow-up to reset expectations! The actual wa... read more

I showed up here on a Saturday because I thought I had pink eye, and I work with children, so I needed to get it checked out. After waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room, I came in and had my stats written down by a nurse ( on a napkin). Then, I kid you not, I waited an hour for someone to come check me out. I think they forgot about me. So by the time I gave up and assumed no one was there, I came out to get my phone, the shocked physicians assistant is looking at me, and voila 10 seconds later he comes in to talk to m. So... read more
