We had a miserable experience at Physicians Immediate Care. I made an appointment for my daughter and got there a few minutes early. I was told that there was one person in front of us and we would be seen shortly. We waited in the lobby for over 45 minutes before we were brought back to a room. Unfortunately, the wait times at an urgent care, like Physicians Immediate Care, can occasionally be unpredictable. This is because of the nature of the service being provided. The severity of each patient’s sickness or injury differs, making some encounters longer than others and also forces the medical staff to triage patients based on their medical needs if we have a trauma patient that requires immediate attention.
This is my second times comes here, the front girls young girl. When you come in, not even what is your name for appointment, did same mistake. Ask me the question no need to ask. Even ask what is your name and what time is your appointment. So rude. Ask me fill up the form that i don't need to do. I got work injured, ask me for my insurance and charge my credit card. They don't know what they are doing. Not like to come here
Went to this immediate care with back pain. No other symptoms, no chest pain, nor no shortness of breath. They diagnosed a heart attack? They didn't address my back pain. They don't do ultrasound, nor CT scans, nor other tests for my pain. Seems like they are incompetent and I do not recommend them.
Nurses and the rest of the people there were nice and accommodating but the doctor gave me the creeps and just over all sleazy. Went in for a UTI and got told it was probably a STI because they couldn't find bacteria (but found the other UTI indicators) and he overly explained female genitalia even after I told the nurse about mine being underdeveloped and not being able to do anything sexual by with mine. If you're coming to get a Covid test, you're likely to get nicer and far faster service elsewhere. Beware, if you think you'll be in and out. It took 2 hours of jumping through hoops.
Couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone. Online said 6 minute wait time to be seen. Spent longer than that with the line just ringing and no one ever picking up.
Honestly I can't even give this clinic one star. I was not only denied service I was bullied by the manager jenniser M. I came in with pneumonia and was having a hard time breathing as it is and was harassed because my face mask fell off of me. They wouldn't give me an explanation. The lady called me crazy which is not very professional is it. I really hope Janice or M gets fired because she is the worst manager ever! Managers are supposed to solve problems and care for their patience she did not care for me at all.
Dr was good based on my last visit but support system needs help. Tried to upload insurance and drivers license at home. Three attempts and no luck. Came to location. Took receptionist 30 min with three different text to finally get all necessary docs uploaded. Not sure why receptionist did not send all at once. Painful process. 45 min after appointment for my daughter and still waiting
Won't see me because my card got declined for some reason. If somebody get sick from me you know who to blame. This is on your hands Physicians Immediate Care!
