About this business
Pies ’n Thighs opened in 2006, in the shadow of the Williamsburg Bridge. We took over a beer storage closet in the and transformed it into a tiny kitchen with six stools, serving huge donuts, two-napkin smoked pork sandwiches and salty, crispy fried chicken. The New York Times called the pies and the thighs a compelling combination, well executed and put forth with real heart—the sort of restaurant that’s hard to find, especially in the big city, but easy to love once found.

Went in the middle of the afternoon and sat at the bar. Service was "meh." They brought the meal out and never asked if the order was right. It wasn't but I ate it anyways. I will go back again, but was bummed with my first experience at a fairly new location.

Pies N Thighs is one of the finest restaurants in Williamsburg. On top of friendly staff each meal is made with love and perfection. The cooks really take their time cooking each meals that brings the best comfort food to the plate. I dined in once and loved the atmosphere but you began to see how busy the restaurant gets on a Saturday. Clean place and happy guest and staff. I recommend the catfish box and the cookies.
Mmm this was great! Came here on Valentine's Day (had special heart shaped biscuits!) for lunch and upon walking in thought it was such a cozy and cute little spot. The staff were very kind and warm and very attentive to our table, which is always appreciated. The chickens and pies were the stars of the show and tasted incredibly fresh and well thought out as dishes. The loaded fries and mac and cheese were just ok but that didn't bother us. The food is always incredible but the service from Dre was the absolute best. We had the best Valentines date!
Staff and service far exceeded my expectations however the chicken was just a tad dry. Don't get me wrong, quality of food for the price is incredible. If not for the insane traffic and difficulty of parking around the area, I'd be back more frequently. Overall a fantastic experience and didn't break the bank.
